The Marche is a region rich in agricultural tradition and therefore producing excellent wine and extra virgin olive oil, cheeses, grains, and typical locally-produced salami – by booking with the wine cellars, olive oil mills, and dairies you can arrange a visit; you can taste products at wine bars, taverns, and restaurants; or join special thematic tours.

Moreover, the region is one of an age-old maritime tradition and fishing is still a major activity here offering typical local sea food from the Adriatic Sea and is possible to try in the restaurants, chalets, and taverns on the Senigallia esplanade, overlooking the sea.
