The Apartments

Villa Pedossa has 5 apartments, all with independent entrance, kitchen with living room and private bath sleeping a total of 12 up to 18/20 persons.

The apartments have all been named after the flora of the villa’s surroundings:

All the apartments face onto the spacious garden surrounding the villa, offering a marvelous view of the rolling countryside, the olive grove and the orchard.
The Villa has been restored respecting the existing structure in the characteristic Marche farmhouse style and exacting and minutious attention has been paid to retaining these characteristics in the choice and quality of materials as well as in the construction of furnishings and fixtures, resulting in a pleasant mingling of tradition and elegance, style and function.

The brick walls and wood beams are original as are the terracotta floors and the solid wood doors with their closing ratchets and the typical wooden windows with internal closure rods. Such traditional details have been elegantly combined with tasteful and stylish furnishings for your stay immersed in nature without renouncing modern comforts.

Each apartment has an independent entrance (upon request, can be connected by an internal access) with external doorbell, living room with kitchen, bedroom(s) with double or twin beds and a private bath with shower and bidet. They are fully equipped and furnished for your every comfort during your stay; air conditioning with autonomous controls and underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, electrical appliances (fridge, freezer, 4 cooker hobs, hot water kettle, toaster, moka; dishwasher and oven in the apartments Il Girasole, Il Grano, L’Olivo and Il Nido; in addition, coffee machine and vacuum cleaner in the apartments L’Olivo and Il Nido), bed, bath and kitchen linen, hair dryer, safe, luggage racks, cleaning equipment; the kitchens are with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, china, and cooking utensils.

Furthermore at your disposal there is:

a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board;
a common room on the ground floor with tables and chairs, coffee maker, TV, kettle, microwave and ice maker available at any time during your stay when you want to stop and have a coffee with friends or other guests at the Villa;
various furnished outdoor living areas in the garden and by the swimming pool, separate dining areas for each apartment, included
private uncovered video-surveilled parking place and covered garage for bicycles and motorbikes.
